Big Al is a certified personal trainer with over 30 years experience, and has been with us for over 10 years. He specializes in strength training, cardiovascular workouts, conditioning, functional training and sports specific training. Al looks forward to creating a fitness program that will change your life. Al’s motto: “Last set - Best set!”
Cesar Maceira
Cesar is a certified personal trainer with multiple years of experience. Cesar assists his clients in researching their fitness goals through personalized results driven training. As a retired U.S. Army Veteran, Cesar brings a strong sense of discipline, resilience and empathy to every training session. Cesar specializes in functional strength, mobility, and progressive resistance training.
Maria Wagner
Maria is a certified group instructor and personal trainer for over 16 years, and was previously the owner/manager of her own fitness boutique “Bulldog Bootcamp & Nutrition”. Maria’s knowledge in programming and training skills include a variety of areas ranging from Boxing, Bootcamp, TRX, Kettlebells, CrossFit and Cycle. Her overall knowledge in fitness and nutrition has helped many of her clients transform their overall health and bodies.
Mariana Federico
Meet Mariana, your Go-To board certified personal trainer for strength, sweat and serious fun! She brings the energy, knowledge and grit that make every workout count. Rooted in 10 years CrossFit experience, Mariana’s training style blends high-intensity conditioning, functional strength and just the right dose of challenge to keep things exciting!
Nicole Janny
Nicole is a NASM certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and stretch & flexibility coach. She specializes in progressive strength and bodybuilding-style training with a strong focus on corrective exercise to help clients move better, build muscle and prevent injury. With over 5 years of experience, she creates personalized programs that address imbalances, improve mobility and support long-term results.
Tom Malik
A NASM certified personal trainer, Tom brings a holistic, wellness-centered approach to personal training. He combines his background in mind-body health with evidence-based fitness strategies to help clients build strength, resilience and establish sustainable lifestyle change. He also has a strong passion for hypertrophy training and enjoys helping clients improve muscle tone, physique and performance through structured progressive programming.
